Dear everyone,

I am writing this proposal letter on behalf of Raise and Support the Poor organization in Cambodia which I have started since 2007, with my nine colleagues. RSP aims to build better education for children who reside in the countryside and outskirt of the city and they have no access education. Usually, our children are from orphanages and poor families. We have taken the responsibility of education them as per our capabilities. Depend on this, our organization has achieved measurable success during the last several years in providing basic education project, livelihood training, upholding children human rights, building schools, library and toilets, water supply, agriculture project and so on……

Since quite a few years, we have helped more than 454 children in twelve villages with free education, and we organize the annual exams for them every year. Unfortunately, our charity work is lack of study materials for both students and teachers for reading, researches, listening, and teaching…..etc, it is the priority problem has been facing start from the beginning and up to now. With this situation, we are going to build a library building by length 9 meters and width 7 meters, which we called RSP Community Library and it must be very useful for beneficiaries in the project sites and other areas because of it is free open for everyone who wanted to education. According to this, we would like request your support and help to our children for a better education. Any donations or materials are welcome and we will be highly obliged to you for your support. Anyway, your donations will be used to purchase construction materials such as cements, sand, rocks, steels, construction workers cost and so on…… Our community will be happy to have library so that they can improve their studies and teaching by reading, listening, writing, researches, doing homework and also good way in communication with teachers, friends and family. So the study materials are part of our excellent service in building children’s futures. We are together for education and education for all!
