RSP was developed by a group of Buddhist Monks from Wat Ounalon Temple (The capital of Cambodian Buddhism). Disturbed by the poverty they witnessed around them in Phnom Penh they have devoted themselves to serving the poor as best they can.
RSP was founded by Brak Sareth committed to helping the poor. Sareth graduated in Philosophy and English at Phrea Sihnouk Jara University. Since and he has been working with the charities: Buddhist Education for Peace and Nonviolence Foundation (BEPNF), Member for Peace in the World (MPW) and has worked as a teacher for Building the Future for Generations of Cambodia (BFGC).
RSP supports the promotion of non-violence, lectures against the use of violence within the family unit or the community and promotes a loving and safe environment. This NGO does not prejudice nor discriminate religion or complexion. We are not a puppet of a party or any person; RSP is a puppet of the poor people and an independent power.
