RSP was developed by a group of Buddhist Monks from Wat Ounalon Temple (The capital of Cambodian Buddhism). Disturbed by the poverty they witnessed around them in Phnom Penh they have devoted themselves to serving the poor as best they can.

A monk with a mission

A short documentary film on Cambodian Buddhist monk, Sareth Brak, who has a mission to feed and educate poor and underpriviliged children and get them off the streets of the capital Phnom Penh. He, along with other volunteers, who also believe in his objective, provide free education, food and medical care, on a daily bass for almost 460 children . An amazing monk on a decicated mission.

Community Library Project

Dear everyone,

I am writing this proposal letter on behalf of Raise and Support the Poor organization in Cambodia which I have started since 2007, with my nine colleagues. RSP aims to build better education for children who reside in the countryside and outskirt of the city and they have no access education. Usually, our children are from orphanages and poor families. We have taken the responsibility of education them as per our capabilities. Depend on this, our organization has achieved measurable success during the last several years in providing basic education project, livelihood training, upholding children human rights, building schools, library and toilets, water supply, agriculture project and so on……
